  • Processing Time: Dolls are typically processed in the order that they are received. We are anticipating a large number of orders at the initial launch. This may cause a delayed processing time for your order. We appreciate your patience during this time and will send an email to update your progress. 

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination. You can view the shipping cost before completing your purchase at the checkout.

  • Domestic and International Shipping: We provide shipping services both domestically and internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with their orders.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Standard shipping typically takes between 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping may arrive sooner. International orders may experience longer delivery times due to customs processing.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have concerns about the security of your delivery location, consider using a shipping address where someone can receive the package.

  • Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions.

  • Returns Due to Incorrect Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
